Best business trip you'll take this year
Four days in Cabo with contractors who run businesses like yours.
The Trade
Come for the training.
Leave with a community.
The sessions might get you to book the trip. They're only part of what makes JNSS worth the flight. Over four days you'll learn from people who've built real contracting businesses, compare notes with contractors facing what you're facing, and sit down with the JobNimbus team behind the software your crews open every morning.
The conversations that start between sessions tend to outlast the trip. You'll head home with ideas you can use right away and a group of people worth knowing across the industry.

Main stage
Product announcements and what's actually coming for contractors.

Poolside breakouts
Contractors walking us through what worked and what it cost them

The Room
Four days with contractors running businesses your size.

Benchmark Report
Peak Performance 2027 numbers before they go public.

Product Roadmap
See what the team is building, then tell them what should come next.

Rooftop happy hour
The part of the schedule nobody has to be reminded to attend.

Sunset terrace
Compare notes while the sun works its way down.

Beach fire pits
Where the conversations you remember actually happen.
What is jnss
A working summit, not a trade show
JobNimbus Solution Summit isn't a trade show, and it isn't another conference that leaves you wondering why you came.
Bring your admin, sales lead, or production manager. There's a track for each of them, and one built for the owner.
It's four days built for contractors: hands-on workshops, straight talk with other owners, early looks at the product, and one-on-one coaching.
Track 01
Owners
Strategy, leadership, and margin
Track 02
Sales
Estimating, follow-up, and close rate
Track 03
Production
Handoffs, crews, subs, and job costing
Track 04
Admin
Billing and QuickBooks without double entry
What makes Jnss different
Every conference
has speakers . . .
Walk away from JNSS with strategies you can run Monday morning, tested by real contractors , and backed by the people who build the product itself.
01
Learn from people
who've built it
Respected contractors, industry leaders, and JobNimbus experts walk through the systems and decisions that got them there.
02
Hear from contractors who've been there
Skip a couple of years of trial and error. Learn straight from the contractors who already solved the problem sitting on your desk.
03
Get one-on-one
account help
Sit down with a JobNimbus expert and leave with fixes for your actual account. Get unstuck in 30 minutes instead of three weeks.
04
Meet the people
behind the product
Spend real time with the team who builds the software and backs up your crew. By the time you fly home, the names have faces.
05
Sharpen your
everyday processes
Hands-on sessions built around the workflows your office and field teams already run, so your team can put it to work the week you get back.
06
Help shape what's next
See new JobNimbus features and the Peak Performance 2027 Roofing Industry Benchmarks report before either releases, then tell the team what should come next.
Your four days at JNSS

Day 1
Sunday, November 29
Arrival & evening welcome party
Arrive in Cabo, get settled, and ease into the experience. The evening kicks off with a welcome event designed to help you connect with peers, the JobNimbus team, and fellow attendees—no pressure, no programming, just real conversations to start the week strong.

Day 2
Monday, November 30
Deep work & poolside sessions
The day starts with focused morning sessions, followed by afternoon workshops held poolside to keep energy high and conversations flowing. The evening wraps with a hosted poolside networking dinner—an opportunity to connect with like-minded contractors and continue the discussion in a relaxed setting.

Day 3
Tuesday, December 1
Advanced sessions & dinner on the beach
Morning sessions dive deeper into advanced topics and practical takeaways, with poolside afternoon sessions continuing the hands-on, collaborative format. That evening, we'll gather for a hosted beach dinner—combining meaningful conversation, shared experiences, and one of the most memorable networking moments of the event.

Day 4
Wednesday, December 2
Final takeaways & departures
The final morning brings optional keynote programming, closing sessions, and space to reflect on key takeaways. You'll leave with clarity on next steps, aligned priorities, and practical ideas to bring home—before airport transfers begin in the afternoon.

“
I love being here at JNSS. It's a great place to network and to find out what's coming up in JobNimbus, figuring out how to use the features better to our advantage, and then discussing those ideas with other amazing contractors. And you guys throw a great party every time.

Questions
Everything else you're wondering
Getting there
U.S. citizens need a government-issued passport valid for at least six months past the return date, with at least one blank page per stamp. Full requirements for U.S. citizens.
Traveling on a non-U.S. passport? Check with your country's consulate before you leave. Some travelers need a visa to enter Mexico and two blank pages for entry and exit stamps.
Verifying and obtaining travel documents is the attendee's responsibility. Pack a photocopy of your passport's picture and signature pages too. If the passport goes missing, the copies make a replacement much faster.
Start here for how to get or renew a U.S. passport. Apply early. Processing times move around.
No. Attendees fly in from all over the U.S. and Canada on different airlines and schedules, and plenty of you use points, so booking your own flights is usually cheaper and always more flexible.
Once you land at Los Cabos International (SJD), we've got it. Transportation to and from the Hard Rock Hotel is included for attendees arriving Sunday and departing Wednesday.
Fly in and out of Los Cabos / San José del Cabo International (SJD). The hotel is about a 30-minute drive.
Plan to land by 2 p.m. on November 29, 2026. Plan to depart after 3 p.m. on December 2 so you can catch the morning meeting.
Yes. You book the airfare, we handle ground transportation between SJD and the Hard Rock Hotel for Sunday arrivals and Wednesday departures. Pickup instructions go out before JNSS.
You'll clear immigration with your passport and the form you fill out on the plane, claim your bags, then head through customs to declare anything you're bringing in. At the end you press a button on what looks like a traffic light. Green means you walk through. Red means a random bag check.

Mexico runs the same 110V system as the U.S. and Canada, so most chargers work as-is. Some hotel outlets are two-pronged, so pack a small adapter if you're bringing a three-prong plug.
Warm and dry, without the humidity you get elsewhere in Mexico. Daily highs run around 80°F, rarely below 74°F or above 86°F. Lows sit around 61°F. Annual rainfall averages under 10 inches.
Stick with bottled. Most locals do. Tap water and ice at the resort are purified, and bottled water is in every guest room.
Reach out before you travel so we can plan for it. Keep prescription medications in your carry-on. We don't need details about the condition itself. The more you tell us about what you need, the better we can help.
Money & changes
Absolutely. Conference pricing is based on room occupancy, and children under seven stay free when they share your room. Register first, then contact the events team so we can add your family to the hotel manifest.
Late November is one of the best times of year in Cabo. It's whale migration season, so humpbacks are visible from the resort some days. Cabo is also known for deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, sailing, ATV tours, and boat trips out to the Arch.
Email events@jobnimbus.com to come early or stay late.
Things happen. Refunds on JobNimbus Solution Summit tickets work on a sliding scale based on how far out you cancel:
Not being able to get a valid passport in time doesn't qualify for a refund, so start that paperwork early.
Email events@jobnimbus.com. A person reads it.
